Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@patiodrip.com and include photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or installed, or items marked final sale.
